The Transept: History in the OTR Neighborhood
Originally a German Gothic church, The Transept has been transformed over the years and is a historic landmark in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Its role has certainly changed over the years as today it is an exclusive event venue. Vaulted ceilings and ornate details are some of the beautiful sights to take in at this historic setting.
Dayton Masonic Center: A Historic Dayton Landmark
The Candlelight series is also making its way to the Dayton Masonic Center in the city of Dayton. The Dayton Masonic Center was built by a Masonic Temple Association made up of 14 Masonic groups. Marble from Vermont, Tennesse, and Alabama was used for the building’s floors, wainscotings, partitions and stairways. The impressive limestone building is hard to miss with its imposing size and traditional design.
Cincinnati boasts an impressive amount of eye-catching venues, and Candlelight is coming to bathe several of them in the glow of hundreds of flickering candles. Let the music wash over you as you take in the beautiful interior of a historic landmark.
Candlelight has been met by countless 5-star reviews, and guests have called it “a creative, enchanting, and new concert experience” and that “the performers were fantastic!”
Note that for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
